I’m a product design leader with over 20 years of experience working across SaaS, enterprise platforms, and consumer products.

I’ve spent most of my career helping teams take complex, often fragmented products and turn them into something clearer, more scalable, and easier to use. That work has taken different forms over the years — from hands-on design to leading teams, building systems, and shaping how design fits into product development.

At Igloo Software, I led UX through a full platform modernization, helping move the product from a collection of disconnected features to a more system-driven experience. Along the way, I’ve worked closely with product and engineering to improve alignment, introduce design systems, and create more consistent ways of building.

I didn’t move into UX because of process — I stayed because I enjoy solving real problems. I like working through messy, unclear situations, finding structure, and helping teams make better decisions.

As a leader, I focus on supporting the team, creating clarity, and making sure design is part of how products are shaped — not something added at the end.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and dad of three, a youth soccer coach, and someone who still enjoys sketching ideas and building things whenever I can.
