So I was running through the park and it hit me. The rush of endorphins feels better than coffee, and cigarettes. This magical natural source of feel good hormones has the ability to take a shitty day and turn it around for the better. Needless to say, sitting at the computer for ten hours a day is not what I call enjoyable. Actually it can feel like hell sitting in one spot for so long. We were all designed to move, not shift from cushioned seat to the next.
So this all has come at me since Ive joined a running group. I really like the energy this group puts out. Everyone there has their own story but has one thing in common, they want to feel good. Im looking forward to getting healthy and rebuilding my confidence.
